Mothers Day Cards 2011
Cartridges: WildCard, Cindy Loo
Techniques: hand cut flower pedals secured with brads for movement
-Inked edges
-Foam for 3-D look
-Sewed edges with embroidery floss
-When I use paper that is not double sided I use a glue stick to glue the two papers together, make sure you cover the ENTIRE paper with glue to avoid air bubbles, and so that it does not get messed up where it is folded. The glue stick glue will not show through where it is applied like other glue
Cartridges: Wild Card, Cindy Loo, Storybook
Techniques: I tore the pink paper to reveal the black and white paper underneath
-I glued down the body of the butterflies and bent the wings up for more dimension
-Used brads to secure the ribbon
-Fine tip sharpie for drawn on stitching
-Inked edges
-Scalloped bottom edge
-Foam for 3-D effect on lettering
